This Saturday, June 7th, the Kampala Quality School football grounds in Kyebando will come alive as the second season of the Uganda Martyrs Old Students Association Namugongo (UMOSAN) Alumni League kicks off under the vibrant theme: “Unity in Motion – Reconnect, Relive, Reignite” . thenamugongoleague.

THE BUDO LEAGUE
It all begins with an idea.
The Budo League (TBL) is more than just a football competition.It's a celebration of tradition, and the enduring spirit of King's College Budo alumni. From what i read on kawowo sports website, TBL has grown into one of Uganda’s most anticipated alumni sporting events, blending competitive football with social networking and community engagement.
Since its inception in March 2018, the league has evolved from an inter-house competition into a dynamic inter-class tournament, fostering camaraderie among Old Budonians.

This year's season we shall see a number of teams (14 teams) that will play and the matches will be held bi-weekly on Sundays at the Legends Rugby Grounds in Naguru, Kampala. The season commenced earlier this year, featuring intense matchups and showcasing the talents of various alumni teams.
The Budo League features numerous teams, each representing different graduating classes from King's College Budo. Some of the notable teams include:

Beyond the pitch, TBL has become a social hub for alumni and fans. Matchdays often feature live music, DJs, and entertainment acts, transforming games into lively events. The league also hosts award ceremonies to recognize outstanding performances, with accolades such as MVP, Top Scorer, and Golden Glove

The UMOSAN league (TNL) for season two shall be played under the theme “Unity in motion, reconnect, relive and reignite”.
As we set off in June for the second edition of the Uganda Martyrs Old Students Alumni (UMOSAN). These are the teams which are expect to play.
